WHAT IS SUPPORTED HOUSING:
Supported Housing provides adults who are vulnerable and in need of accommodation and extra support in order to maintain their accommodation. Our goal is to help support people within dependency within their local communities and is a starting point to get back onto their feet.
OUR HOMES:
Accommodation with us is a start of a journey of independent living for those who need support, knowing that you can have continuous independent living in a safe and supported environment.
Tenants have the flexibility to decide where they wish to live. All properties are furnished to a high quality however, tenants can bring their own furnishings.
TYPES OF HOUSING:
Housing4you offers 2 different types of housing ranging from self contained to shared accommodation. Self- contained accommodation have en-suites, kitchen and living space.
Shared Accommodation entails, sharing facilities with other tenants, each tenant has their own bedroom, tenants in the property will share the other facilities such as, bathroom, kitchen and communal lounge.
We accept referrals from prospective tenants, family members and local authorities. Applicants must have a housing and support need which can be met by moving to one of our properties.
